Officers of Dapeng Customs House (affiliated to Shenzhen Customs District) said they had seized 51,450 cartons of fake cigarettes at Yantian Port a few days ago.

Customs officers said they had found the cigarettes with the trademark “Marlboro” on them inside a container, when exercising control over a consignment of goods declared as “furniture parts” by a company. The right holder later confirmed the cigarettes were counterfeits.
