On November 7, witnessed by President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong of Singapore, Minister Yu Guangzhou and Mr.Heng Swee Keat, Minister of Finance of Singapore, signed the Arrangement between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Singapore Customs Regarding Mutual Recognition of the Interim Measures on Enterprise Credit Management Program in China and the Secure Trade Partnership Program Arrangement of Mutual Recognition between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and Singapore Customs on Customs’ Temporary Administrative Measures on Enterprises Credit of the People’s Republic of China and Partnership on Security and Trade of Singapore in Singapore.

On November 6, Minister Yu visited the Port Authority, the Free Trade Zone (FTA) and the port of Singapore, learning about the operation of the FTA, the administration of the port and the supervision and control of the cargos.
