On October 28, Vice Minister Zhang Jiwen met with Mr. Bill Perry, Acting Executive and Comptroller of New Zealand Customs Service in Beijing. Vice Minister Zhang and Acting Comptroller Perry exchanged ideas on topics such as making good preparation for the implementation of the upgraded China-New Zealand FTA, anti-smuggling enforcement, AEO mutual recognition, cross-border e-commerce, risk management, capacity building and coordination under multi-lateral frameworks.
