On June 30th, Minister Yu Guangzhou met Mr. Johan Van Overtveldt, Minister of Finance and Mr. 
, Director General of Customs and Excise Tax of Belgium in Brussels, Belgium. The two sides spoke highly of China-Belgium economic and trade cooperation and cooperation between the two Customs.
Minister Yu put forward three proposals on intensifying cooperation. Firstly, to strengthen law enforcement cooperation on combating smuggling of endangered animals and plants and improve border law enforcement. Secondly, to build the Green Train Channel and promote trade facilitation. Thirdly, to get more involved and play a leading role in China-EU Customs cooperation.
On the same day, with the accompany of Mr. Copin, Minister Yu paid a visit to the port and customs supervision areas in Antwerp.
