Recently, through an export inspection, Nantong Customs House (subordinate to Nanjing Customs District) found 585 wallets printed with such luxury trademarks as “LV”, “Chanel pattern”, “YSL pattern”, “H and pattern” and “GUCCI”. By reaching the trademark right holders — Louis Vuitton Malletti (France), Chanel Co., Yves Saint Laurent AG, Hermes International, and Gujogucci AG, the Customs confirmed that these wallets were unauthorized and infringing on relevant trademark rights registered with the GACC.

At the request of the IPR holders, the Customs has detained these IPR-infringing wallets by law.
