After the Declaration for Paperless Clearance, Will the Customs Punish the Failure to Timely Submit Documents?

If an enterprise fails to submit documents within prescribed time-limit or within 7 days upon Customs reminder, the Customs will suspend the paperless clearance service from the enterprise.
