On January 25, Vice Minister Sun Yibiao joined the Customs Attachés in Beijing to celebrate 2016 World Customs Day themed “Digital Customs, Progressive Engagement”.

Vice Minister Sun reviewed China Customs’ achievements in 2015, especially its endeavor in building up digital Customs, and affirmed the role of Customs Attachés’ Club as a platform to promote international Customs communication since its establishment 8 years ago. Mr. Sun extended his best wishes to the Customs Attachés for the incoming Spring Festival and thanked them for their commitment in strengthening bilateral cooperation, hoping that they could serve with continuous efforts as a bridge and tie to help with the construction of “the Belt and Road” and the cooperation on “connectivity”.
