Hohhot Customs Ensures Smooth Clearance Under Sand-Dust Weather
03/13/2016

On the afternoon of March 3, most mid-west regions in Inner Mongolia experienced sand-dust weather with Force Five/Six northwest wind, of which some regions were even under sand storm. Affected by the climate change, sand-dust weather also swept across China-Mongolia border ports within Hohhot Customs Districts. To mitigate bad weather affection, the Customs launched an emergency response, enhancing patrol over cargo and passenger channels and control sites to ensure strict control and smooth clearance.
