On November 1, witnessed jointly by Premier Li keqiang and his Malaysian counterpart Najib Razak，and commissioned by Minister Yu Guangzhou of the General Administration of China Customs (GACC), Mr. Sun Yibiao, Vice Minister of GACC and Mr. Khazali Ahamed, the Director General of the Royal Malaysian Customs, jointly signed the Action Plan on Mutual Recognition Arrangement of the “Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)” Programmes between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Royal Customs of Malaysia.
