On January 12, Mr. Yu Guangzhou, Minister of GACC and Mr. Ngo Xuan Lich, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPV Central Committee, Minister of National Defense, jointly signed Framework Agreement between General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and Ministry of National Defense of Republic of Vietnam on Cooperation in Management of Ports of Entry along Land Borders between the Two Countries.

This Agreement aims at enhancing cooperation mechanism on development of ports of entry between China and Vietnam, and  improving work efficiency and clearance capacity, thus promoting economic and trade ties between the two countries.
