Kunming Customs seizes smuggled-in Burmese phone cards
Recently, Ruili Customs House, subordinate to Kunming Customs District, seized three boxes of Burmese phone cards (SIM cards) that were sent inward by post without customs declaration. These mobile phone cards from Myanmar, totaling 2,720 pieces, were all low-priced and suspected of serving the purpose of circumventing China's real-name authentication and telecommunication management system.
