Pay Registration Fee

According to the provisions of Article 32 of the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights and of the Announcement of the General Administration of Customs (2004) No. 15, an IPR holder shall pay RMB 800 for each registration application when applying to the General Administration of Customs for Customs IPR enforcement registration. The applicant need not pay registration fees when applying for the renewal or change of the registration within the validity period of the registration; but the applicant shall pay again registration fees when reapplying for registration upon the expiration of the validity period of the registration.
