The Forum will last for one day, i.e. the afternoon of 20 and the morning of 21 October 2009. The agenda will consist of three parts as follows:

a) Opening Ceremony and High-level Officials Forum;

b) Seminar of Representatives from Government Agencies, Academic Community and Business Community; and

c) Closing Ceremony
