Indonesia Customs belongs to the Indonesian Ministry of Finance Customs Service in Indonesia has about 155 offices in the territory, than ten thousand officials. Indonesian Customs according to the 1995 enactment of the "Customs Law" and "Customs Law" to operate.

Indonesian Customs main functions are: tariffs and other customs-related treasury income; Coast Guard and ship inspections; checking import and export of documents and goods, check the immigration officers, the implementation of customs valuation; determine the tariff classification; control and out of customs bonded bonded warehouse and logistics; management of the temporary stay and undeclared goods.
