Royal Malaysian Customs(KDRM) is the government organization implementing the indirect tax policies of the country. KDRM is implementing 7 main laws and 39 assistant laws. It’s also implementing 8 laws for other government departments.

The main functions of KDRM include:

collecting of customs revenue;

providing convenience for legal trade;

promoting trade and industry development;

defending interests of economics, society and safety for the country.

Organizational structure:

Composed of Department of import and export, Department of industry(including division of industry, division of travelers and other divisions) and other departments.
