[Li Kuiwen]: The supporting measures this time include support for the development of different types of foreign trade enterprises and new trade platforms. Naturally, small and micro businesses are covered. For example, one of our measures is to “engage professional bonding companies in the pilot project for bonding service related to customs taxes and charges” and that is mainly targeted to help small and micro businesses with difficulties in financing. 05/23/2014 11:46:35

[Li Kuiwen]: We are studying how to improve the credit management system for export and import businesses. And the newly-modified rules for classification will be released soon.
