We try to declare, inspect and release the CEPA goods as they arrive, so as to provide opportunities and stimulus for transformation and upgrading of economic structure and diversified development of industrial structure in Macao. Second, reform on customs clearance is promoted by deepening the reform on the customs clearance mode for supervision of goods in transit and of the air and land joint transport in Guangdong Province and Macao SAR to increase the efficiency of customs clearance. Third, during the major exhibitions held in Macao SAR, speedy customs clearance services such as booking customs clearance and special channel are provided. Fourth, clearance facilitation services for livelihood supplies to Macao SAR are offered to ensure the supply stability in Macao market and livelihood development there. They have made relevant work plans and measures and tried to minimize adverse effects on passengers and goods.
