[Shu Qinfang]: For consolidate tax payment, enterprises are required to submit a bond in advance. The bond includes security and bank guarantee. The FTZ has a special feature: along with the opening-up in financial, cultural, leisure and other service areas, such non-conventional safety threats to political, economic and cultural safety and the penetration of “pornography, gambling and drug” define the bottom line of our management. [Shu Qinfang]: “Entry before declaration” is currently applicable to first line entry for the FTZ only. Since the rental declaration of aircrafts is in the category of second line exit declaration, the model of “entry before declaration” is not applicable. 06/04/2014 14:34:35
