[Zhang Yanjia]: On January 23, China Customs held its first conference on mass line campaign in Beijing, making a summary of the mass line campaign. 02/13/2014 10:33:57
[Zhang Yanjia]: At the conference, Customs Minister YU pointed out the nationwide Customs administrations had made phased achievements on mass line implementation by following Central Government’s requirements for learning and improvement in service for the people, with the cadres taking the lead. 02/13/2014 10:34:51

An the conference, Central Government representative made positive remarks on Customs first round of mass-line measures and effects which feature standardization in services, work style, and reliance on the masses, additionally raising expectations for Customs second round of mass-line campaign. 02/13/2014 10:37:18

[Zhang Yanjia]: According to Central Government requirements, the mass line campaign is made up of three links: learning and opinions hearing; problem shooting and criticism; correction and regulation. 02/13/2014 10:38:30
[Zhang Yanjia]: In the link of learning and opinions hearing, we comprehensively learnt theories in combination with practice and activities and we collected and heard true opinions from the masses. Before our meeting of democratic life, the Party Leadership Group collected totally 747 pieces of opinions from the masses. 02/13/2014 10:38:59
