[Zhang Yanjia]: In the link of problem shooting and criticism, we took heart-to-heart talks to find and raise problems, and we conducted criticism and self-criticism and thus found out 108 pieces of concrete problems with the Party Leadership Group, 8 members reciprocally giving 96 pieces of criticism. 02/13/2014 10:40:53
[Zhang Yanjia]: In the link of correction and regulation, we took a strict and prompt manner to benefit the people with clearance conveniences, to harden disciplines with improvement in window services and to enhance working efficiency with special correction measures implemented in all departments. 02/13/2014 10:41:25

[Zhang Yanjia]: To hear true and constructive opinions, we went out of offices to take face-to-face conversations with the masses; we opened our offices and publicized hotlines to hear opinions from society; and we collected opinions by targeting specific problems. 02/13/2014 10:44:07
[Zhang Yanjia]: For example, the Party Leadership Group members convened special seminars, totally more than 50 sessions, at relevant administrations and local customs houses to face-to-face communicate with 76 enterprises and thousands of people. 02/13/2014 10:45:21

[Zhang Yanjia]: Yes. Customs leadership took the lead in grassroots investigations and hearing opinions from the masses. We collect opinions by means of written request, online and offline suggestion boxes, 12360 service hotline, etc., with the hotline receiving 1138 pieces of suggestions. 02/13/2014 10:48:51
[Zhang Yanjia]: Meanwhile, we stick to problem orientation. We visited the enterprises with difficulties and visited grassroots units with heavy tasks, hearing problem-specific suggestions and opinions, especially the importers and exporters’ opinions and suggestions about customs clearance conveniences, operational reforms and uniformity in law enforcement. 02/13/2014 10:50:02
