“QuanYuTong” Brings Steady Growth to Sichuan’s Foreign Trade
[Ni Zao]: Hello. Our customs district is currently constructing an E-port manifest data enquiry system for enterprises which will be put into use in the control venues in the district in the near future. Enterprises will be able to use it to check on manifest data. The "QuanYuTong" platform's Customs Logistics Services System is also currently being developed and is expected to go online at the end of the year. This will allow enterprises to enquire about goods, information, and customs status. Connecting this Logistics Services System with the network of the Zone will be an issue that claims precedence.. 06/25/2014 10:57:13
[Goodbye, Spain]: Hello. We have a foreign trade enterprise in Chengdu and we're paying close attention to the construction and use of the platform. In future can we check the status of customs logistics on the Sichuan shared logistics platform? I advise you to make sure there are plenty of possible search parameters. Can you tell us the web address for it? Thank you. 06/25/2014 10:03:47
[Ni Zao]: You will be able to check on the real time status of declaration on the Sichuan shared logistics platform at the end of the year. We will take you advise into consideration and consider making more search parameters. But the system is still being constructed. We will announce the web address when it is finished. 06/25/2014 10:57:33
[Curious]: What requirements are there for enterprises to make use of the QuanYuTong's services? 06/25/2014 10:16:21
[Ni Zao]: Enterprises with Class management rating of B or above can enjoy the new speedy customs clearance measures. According to our estimates, this will include over 99.9% of Sichuan's import and export enterprises. 06/25/2014 10:58:06
[Sea Cucumber]: Wow, can we understand the QuanYuTong as: although we don't border a sea or another nation, we are just as good as the developed cities in the coastal areas. Isn't that right, Deputy Director General Ni? 06/25/2014 10:15:26
[Ni Zao]: That's right. Our goal is to make Customs clearance things as convenient for enterprise in Sichuan as they are at coastal ports. You've grasped the direction we're trying to head in. 06/25/2014 11:00:03
[Anon]: Will QuanTongYu have any effect on the number or type of import and export enterprises? Do you have any graphs to show? 06/25/2014 10:11:53
[Ni Zao]: The "Multiple Declaration Points, Multiple Release Points" model is used for the integration of customs clearance within a single customs district. Enterprises with the rating of B or above can all use this model. The "Integration of Free Trade Zones and Ports" is used for transporting goods between customs control areas with intelligent checkpoint capabilities within one customs district. These two models will be applicable to over 99.9% of enterprises in the customs district. 06/25/2014 11:01:28
[lilichen]: Wow, Mr. Ni and the presenter look great. We've seen the photos already, now we've seen the real thing. I want to ask, when will enterprises in Leshan be able to make use of the "QuanYuTong"? 06/25/2014 10:10:52
