[Ni Zao]: Under the "Integration of Free Trade Zones and Ports" model, goods transferring from the comprehensive bonded zone's railway to Alashankou, there is no need to apply for a customs transfer between the zone and Qingbaijiang. The transfer data can be sent directly to Alashankou Customs House. After making the export declaration in the comprehensive bonded zone, the logistics data will be shared with Qingbaijiang Railway Port and the goods will be automatically released ready for transport. 06/25/2014 11:30:45

[Ni Zao]: The national "Declaration at Hometown, Release at Port" model is for the integration between customs districts and enterprises must be enterprise with the rating of AA, A (all manufacturing-based and trade enterprises) or manufacturing-based enterprises with the rating of B. The "QuanYuTong" is for the integration of Chengdu customs district itself and includes the addition of trade enterprises with the rating of B or above, thus benefiting more enterprises. 06/25/2014 11:31:08
